For many of our customers the first step is to come into the showroom. Because we offer several different ranges it is best to begin by looking at our displays and asking lots of questions.
If you like what you see then we can arrange an appointment at your convenience with the designer. He is happy to work from plans by an architect if the space you want the kitchen for hasn’t been built yet or visit to your home if you are using an existing area that requires measuring.
This first appointment is without obligation and is free of charge. In fact this meeting and any further meetings are all free of charge and because we know this process is different for every customer there is no limit to them.
Once a basic floor plan is agreed we reproduce the design and elevations on computer and from this we can provide a cost of both furniture and the appliances required. Should you wish to keep the design then there is a charge which is refunded against the kitchen order should you wish to proceed.
To secure a delivery date a deposit is required and we can get your kitchen into production and appliances can be ordered. Lighting and plumbing plans can be provided where required and we work closely with builders and architects when required. Should small building works be needed then we can project-manage this and are happy to provide advice on flooring, lighting and any other finishes and estimates for decorating and any additional work.
